Q: What kind of parking is provided?

A: The driveway and garage can accommodate a total of 4 cars. There is street parking for additional cars, but please be aware of posted restrictions.

Q: How far is Disneyland from the house? Can I walk?

A: The house is approximately 1.5 miles from Disneyland and we recommend driving. Directions and parking instructions are available in your guest welcome package.

Q: How much is it to park at Disneyland?

A: It costs USD$16 per day to park at the Mickey and Friends parking lot.

Q: Where can I get discounted Disneyland tickets?

A: Try checking to see if they have discounted tickets. Another site to check is Ares Travel. If you are visiting several parks in southern California you may want to buy the "Southern California Citypass" which includes a 3 day park hopper pass to Disneyland as well as a 1 day admission to Sea World and 1 day admission to Universal Studios. There is another multi-pass called the "Go Los Angeles Card" which gives access to 38 destinations including Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Legoland and Magic Mountain (does not include Disneyland though). Q: What are my payment options?

A: The most preferred method is e-check, done securely through This is for clients with a U.S. bank account only. Please inquire for other methods.

Q: What are your policies?

A: Please refer to our Policies Page {link} for a complete list of our policies.

Q: What happens if I need to cancel?

A: A thirty (30) day notice is required in writing for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will result in forfeiture of the reservation deposit. Cancellations that result in a shortened stay, early departure or changes in dates that are made within fourteen (14) days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit.

Q: Check-in/check-out time? Can I drop off my bags early?

A: Check-in is at 4pm and Check-out is at 10am. If you want to check-in early, you need prior approval to make sure the house is properly vacated and cleaned before you enter. We can also arrange for you to drop of your bags early, even if the house has not yet been cleaned.

Q: How many is the maximum amount of people you allow to stay?

A: Maximum occupancy is 15 persons.

Q: What amenities are there? Is there any kind of food?

A: Please refer to the Amenities List. We do not provide food. If you have food you do not want left over after your stay, our cleaning crew will take it to a local charity.

Q: Are there any extra fees?

A: Each home has a cleaning fee and an extra persons fee if you have over 15 people in your party. The fee for that is $10 per person per day over 15 people. Children 2 and under are excluded.

Q: Can extra people come to the house?

A: Yes. If you have relatives or friends who live in the area or are staying at a hotel, you may have them stay over provided that the total number of guests does not exceed the specified maximum occupancy.

Q: What is the neighborhood like? Is it safe? Do you have a security system?

A: We have chosen homes in great neighborhoods. We have become friends with several of the neighborhoods and look forward to our visits with them. We let our children play in front and out back, always supervised of course. We DO ask that you lock all the doors, and turn off all the lights when you leave (except the porch light if you are coming back after dark). We do not have a security system.

Q: Is the backyard private?

A: Each house has a private backyard with hot tub.

Q: Can I see the fireworks from the house?

A: Yes. Fireworks are visible from the front yard.

Q: How far is the closest grocery store? Can I walk there?

A: There are several grocery stores that are close, but none within walking distance.

Q: What other things are good to do in the area? Closest beach?

A: There are LOTS of fun things to do in this area of Southern California. Please refer to the Attractions Page {link} of our website.

Q: Can I have a party/reception?

A: Yes. We want you to feel at home and treat our home like your own. If your party exceeds the house occupancy, we ask you give us a courtesy notice. Please respect our neighbours and keep noise down to a minimum. Cleaning service is available for USD$150.

Q: Can I have things sent to the house?

A: We don’t recommend having items sent to the houses unless you are SURE of the delivery date.

Q: How do I get the key?

A: We will send you the entrance information in a welcome packet after your last payment has been made up to two weeks before your stay.

Q: What happens if something goes wrong while I’m at the house, who can I call?

Q: What toiletries do I need to bring? Do you provide soap, shampoo, laundry detergent etc?

A: We provide soap for each bath/shower, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, cleaning sponge, hand soap, If you require more than what is provided, either ask us or buy extras when you are at the store.

Q: When will I get my deposit back? How?

A: We send back your deposit within 10 business days of your check-out date. If you paid by physical check, we send it back in the mail. If you paid by e-check or credit card, we refund the money through directly back to your account or credit card.

Q: Do I have to clean before I leave?

A: We ask that you strip the beds that were used; get two loads of laundry started, and start the dishwasher before you check-out. Please put toys and books back and ensure TV remotes are all accounted for and in place. It is in your best interest to do a quick clean-up of the house to ensure you did not leave anything behind.

Q: What if I left something behind?

A: Please email or call us immediately upon realizing you left something behind. We cannot always assure the item will still be in the house, but we will do our best to get it back to you ASAP. We will deduct mailing fees from your deposit.
